I attended a three hour Stress Management training seminar given by Tracey Rhodes and she is an exceptional Facilitator, keeping the class interested for the whole three hours.
During the session, Tracey conducted a meditation with the class. The result of this was that all of us, especially myself, were left feeling truly relaxed and stress free, this feeling lasted for two weeks.
Tracey inspired me enough to engage me to perform a meditation alone on at least a weekly basis which helps me in my working life. In addition, her other Stress Management techniques have been very successful in alleviating stress for myself which I continue to use.
I would gladly recommend Tracey’s training to anyone who suffers from stress or anxiety as she is truly a professional in her field.

I have participated in meditation groups with Tracey as the convenor and facilitator. She has the most soothing voice and manner that allows me to completely trust what journey she is about to take me on. At the time I was a Regional Manager with demanding deadlines, colleagues and long days; attending her group was extremely timely.
The techniques utilised is effective to get one to still their mind after a hectic work day. Learning to still my mind was and continues to be an incredible relief to my state of being. I sleep better, I feel more energised and equally important I feel refreshed without the mindless chatter that comes from daily life my and my work performance is enhaced. These benefits are over and beyond any trip to some idyllic location without the costs and hassle of organising one.
The techniques allow me to take notice of where I am holding tension throughout my body and in turn relax and release that tension. Consequently my body feels lighter and I feel ready to tackle any problem that arises. With practice, I can use these techniques whilst in a meeting, on the bus, plane, shopping, doing the house chores; in short, these techniques have the potential to be translated into your everyday life long after one of Tracey’s training sessions.
These tools are definitely life-changing and life-enhancing which is now part of my lifestyle. It allows me to cope and remain detached in all situations – work and personal - and gives me a perspective that can only be described as holistic healing. I recommend that as a prospective participant, you allow Tracey’s training to be conducted without expectations, simply enjoy!!
